Independent software company · Founded by Derek K. Frempong

Software built for people the industry treats as an afterthought.

Built so the promises are structural, not marketing. When I make a commitment, I wire it into how the product is made — so it can't be quietly walked back later.

Deezle is my college nickname. The name plays on diesel: the fuel that does the work.

Four products. One is in Anthropic's plugin directory, one is in review, two are in development.

Here is exactly where each one stands today.

  • 01 In development

    Aduro

A private, voice-led health companion for Black men 38 and older. iOS-first.

Aduro is the Akan word for medicine.

    Structural commitment

I couldn't sell your health data even if I wanted to. It stays on the phone. If someone changed the app so the data left the phone, the app would stop building. That's a check in the pipeline, not a paragraph in a privacy policy.

  • 02 In development

    The Crowns

A reality-TV visual novel — an interactive story you play by choosing — for Black women 25 and older.

Choose what they see. Choose what you hide.

The writing is finished. The build isn't.

    Structural commitment

You pay once, up front. There is no free-to-play machinery built to take money from you a little at a time.

  • 03 In review

    Deezle Infra Diagrams

A plugin for Claude. Describe a system in plain words and get a diagram you can drag, search and export: cloud architecture, data models, flowcharts and state machines.

Version 1.0 is built and under review for Anthropic's plugin directory. It is not listed yet.

    Structural commitment

It runs on your computer and makes no network requests. Your diagrams and the systems they describe never leave your machine.

  • 04 In the Claude directory

    Prompt Sharpener

A plugin for Claude Code. Say what you want in a few words. Claude shows you the full request it heard, then does it, and checks outside facts along the way.

Version 1.0 is live in Anthropic's plugin directory for Claude Code, Cowork and the Claude apps. Search for Prompt Sharpener in the plugin browser.

    Structural commitment

It prints the same fixed text every time. It never reads your messages or files, and it collects and sends nothing. A test checks every line of it before it can run.

Aduro running on an iPhone. The screen reads: "Welcome to Aduro, an app promoting good health for Black men. Two things we want you to know — We don't collect your data, because it lives on your phone. And, you can leave with your data whenever you want." Below it, an audio player offers the same words spoken aloud.

A scene from The Crowns on an iPhone. Janiya Holt says "Y'all, before we toast the bride — there's something the room needs to see." Four replies are offered, each listing what it costs and earns in reputation, receipts and romance.

A Deezle Infra Diagrams render in the dark theme: a photo-sharing app on AWS. An Edge group holds CloudFront and a website bucket. An Application group holds API Gateway, an upload handler, a photo table and a photo bucket. A list of every service sits on the left.

An example Claude Code reply with Prompt Sharpener. The request "write a blog post about dogs" is rewritten as a full prompt for first-time dog owners, 700 to 900 words. An Assumptions line lists the guesses: the audience, a how-to angle, about 800 words. Then the post begins.

How I build is the promise.

  • Quality.

Nothing ships while a serious known problem stays open. The tooling blocks the release, and nobody gets to skip that — including me. If I can't say exactly what a piece of the software does, it isn't finished.

  • Craftsmanship.

Every part is here because it earned its place. This page is the working example: it carries nothing it doesn't use, and it runs no JavaScript at all.

  • Aesthetics.

How a thing looks is part of how it works. Everything I build is designed on purpose — the palette, the type, the spacing, what gets left out. The design says what the words say: nothing is an afterthought.
